The kitchen is the beating heart of Haveli. We are seeking a Chef with solid experience in traditional Indian cuisine, capable of mastering the art of the Tandoor and the complex alchemy of spices.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of Punjabi and Northern Indian recipes, but possesses the open mind necessary to work with the finest Tuscan ingredients. We are looking for precision, cleanliness, respect for the ingredients, and a desire to bring authenticity to the table.

  • Requirements: Previous experience in high-end restaurants, batch management, knowledge of HACCP.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable sommelier capable of guiding our guests on a unique sensory journey. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of the Italian and international wine scene and the ability to elegantly recommend the right wine to accompany dishes with intense, spicy flavors.

  • Requirements: AIS/FISAR diploma (or equivalent), excellent English language skills, and a flair for storytelling and sales.
